  CUSTOMER WEEK CELEBRATION

First Allied is well recognized for her high customer service delivery. From 14 – 25th September 2015, the institution celebrated its annual Customers’ Week. The import of the program is to seize an occasion to celebrate our cherished customers by identifying with their various businesses and interacting with them in a more informal yet highly professional manner.

The program also affords us the opportunity to appreciate and reward the loyalty of our customers and to receive feedback to improve our service delivery quality. The atmosphere has always been exciting as both management and staff joined in serving customers visiting the various departments especially the banking halls.

Memorable among this year’s event was when management and staff chose a day to dress in the uniforms and attires of customers to associate or identify with their various professions and businesses ranging from Market Women, Farmers, Doctors, Nurses, Police, Fire Services and Military to Teachers among many others as shown in pictures.
