Cash Deposit

  • While at an Allied Agent premises log into your account by verifying with your enrolled finger.
  • Enter the amount to be deposited
  • An SMS alert will be sent to your mobile phone instantly
  • A transaction receipt will also be printed and handed to you instantly
  • Sign the transaction log book
Always ensure to pick up your receipt after each transaction!!!

Third Party Cash Deposit

  • This is done by a third party on behalf of the customer.
  • Enter account number
  • Enter amount
  • An SMS Alert will be sent to the account holder’s mobile phone instantly
  • A receipt will be generated instantly
  • Sign the transaction log book
Always ensure to pick up your receipt after each transaction!!!

Cash Withdrawal

  • Log into your account by verifying with your enrolled finger
  • Enter the amount to be cashed out.
  • An SMS alert will be sent to your mobile phone instantly
  • A transaction receipt will also be printed and handed to you instantly
  • Receive your cash from the Agent
  • Sign the transaction log book
Always ensure to pick up your receipt after each transaction!!!
