  BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Sheila Minta (Mrs) holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Ghana Law School. She was called to the Bar in 1995. Between May 2005 and June 2006, she worked as a Technical Advisor/Consultant at the Ministry of Private Sector Development and PSIs on Institutional and Legal Reform.

She was the Head of Chambers at Addae Twum & Co. (2002-2005), where she consulted for several institutions such as the Volta Aluminium Co. Ltd.(VALCO), Adventist Relief Agency (ADRA), Ghana National Procurement Agency (GNPA), Larsen Ghana Limited, Leman Commodities S.A, Samir Engineering Limited, M&K (Gh) Ltd,etc.

Madam Minta was Company Secretary to Larsen Ghana Limited (A Waste Management Company) from January 2003 to February 2005. She was also part of the Review Committee of the Ghana Bar Association which advised on the Alternate Dispute Resolution Bill, the Right to Information Bill and the Whistle Blower’s Bill.

Sheila has participated in a number of workshops both locally and internationally. She was a participant in the Symposium on Fair Trade in Bern, Switzerland in August 2005; a member of the Ghana Government delegation to Uganda to access incentives given by the Ugandan Government to private investors in September 2005. Sheila Minta is married.
